Voor de openingsceremonie en de yogaworkshop gelieve te reserveren om teleurstellingen te voorkomen dat er geen plek meer is. Voor het ervaren van reiki of bezichtigen van het centrum hoeft u niet te reserveren. Dit kan tussen de workshops door.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>26 april terugkom dag van de Reiki 1 opleiding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cursisten die op 22 maart de Reiki 1 opleiding hebben gevolgd komen deze dag terug om te oefenen en voor de uitreiking van het certificaat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.supersaas.nl\/schedule\/Holistisch-Yoga-Reiki\/Yin_Yoga_workshop?view=day&amp;day=2&amp;month=5\"><strong>2 mei maak kennis met Yin yoga. <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf19 Wat is Yin Yoga &amp; wat kun je verwachten van de workshop?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yin Yoga is een rustige, meditatieve yogavorm waarbij je langere tijd in houdingen blijft om je bindweefsel, gewrichten en energiebanen te openen. Het helpt je te vertragen, spanning los te laten en dieper in je lichaam te zakken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijdens de workshop in het Boslicht Centrum neemt Yin\u2011yoga docent <strong>Natascha<\/strong> je mee in een zachte kennismaking met deze vorm van yoga.
